A GIANT owl with a 6ft wingspan is terrorising Lotto rapist Iorworth Hoare’s neighbourhood.
The European Eagle owl, which can kill dogs and small deer, has settled in Darras Hall in Ponteland, Northumberland.
Police believe the rare bird — which has a deep hoot — was illegally released from captivity.
Hoare, 54, won £7m1illion while in jail and moved to the posh suburb after being released.
